    By using TimeCraft, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

    • These Terms apply to all users and visitors of TimeCraft.

    Accounts

    • Provide truthful information and do not misrepresent your identity.
    • Respect intellectual property and only upload content you have rights to use.
    • Maintain and secure your devices and network to reduce misuse risk.

    Acceptable Use

    • No unlawful, harmful, or abusive behavior.
    • No unauthorized sharing of course or product materials.
    • No interference with service integrity or performance (e.g., DDoS, scraping beyond fair use, reverse engineering).
    • No attempts to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
    • No use of the service to send spam or conduct fraudulent or deceptive activities.

    License and Intellectual Property

    Subject to these Terms, TimeCraft grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for your personal or internal business purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by TimeCraft and its licensors.

    Payments

    Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply based on your location. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

    • By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge applicable fees and taxes.
    • Promotional pricing and trial periods are subject to eligibility and may change.
    • Failed charges may result in limited access until payment is resolved.

    Refunds

    We offer a 30-day refund for eligible purchases. Contact [email protected]. Refunds are not available for misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

    • Refunds apply to the original payment method when possible.
    • Pro-rated refunds may apply for annual plans if stated at purchase.
    • Chargebacks filed without contacting support may be contested.

    Service Availability

    We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.

    Termination

    You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for non-payment. Upon termination, your license ends and certain provisions will survive (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability).

    Disclaimer

    Courses and tools are educational and informational. Results vary based on individual effort and context. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

    Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, TimeCraft will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

    These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction unless overridden by applicable consumer protection law. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of an appropriate venue unless otherwise required by law.
